The article has reviewed the procedure of information provision of internal control of production cycle at the meatprocessing company; the used initial and consolidated accounting documents for the record-keeping of expenses and the output of major production; procedure of calculation of the cost price of produced meat products and the charge-off of calculated differences; interaction of internal control systems with separate divisions of the meat-processing company and the users of information at creation of information flows; the use of control and analytical information in the company management.
