Annotation:

Food safety is an agrarian and production, social and economic category that as a whole is a food system, which includes production branches participating in production and realization of the food stuff; producers and consumers of the food stuff; economic mechanisms regulating processes of production, processing, foreign trade, and distribution and selling of the agricultural food stuff. The concept food safety, first of all, is determined by the state of economy, at which economic and physical accessibility of the food stuff for the country population is guaranteed, which means such level of the food availability, which is balanced from both quantity and quality points of view.
