Annotation:

Human resources of the company have always been and still are the major resources in the production process. In the modern market conditions, the issue of the effective system of HR-management takes on increased importance. The main role here belongs to the material incentives. The modern systems of compensation should motivate employees to high quality and efficient work. The application of innovative methods in the system of compensation based not only on quantitative but also qualitative indicators of performance has been considered in this article. The authors’ developed method of compensation was implemented at the lime-andsand brick production in Volgograd.
