Principles and methods of evaluation of cumulative potential of industrial enterprise of small and medium-size business

The approach to the enterprise management based on evaluation of its cumulative potential has been reviewed in the article. The authors have proposed general and specific principles applied to evaluation of cumulative potential of industrial enterprises of small and medium-size business. Methods of evaluation of cumulative potential of industrial enterprises of small and medium-size business have been analyzed in the article; advantages and disadvantages of these methods have been revealed. The article has underlined that for development of small and medium-size businesses in Russia the enterprises require to faithfully evaluate the available cumulative potential, develop strategic and tactical plan on its basis, and then perform its implementation.
