Process of informatization of economic and financial activity of a company is an integral part of the knowledge management system. Introduction and implementation of specialized information systems is a laborious and expensive process, which is accompanied by a number of institutional and technological problems from both customer and performer (as a rule, a consulting company). Cost and outcomes of this process depend on the magnitude of the set tasks and goals.
