Development of the state-private partnership in the field of innovations: issues and prospects

Innovation orientation of economics development modifies the strategic direction of development of all sectors of economics. The main issue requiring immediate resolution in the innovative economics conditions is the creation of institutional conditions for transformation of knowledge capital with the purpose of ensuring innovative activity, both at the state and at the regional levels. This article justifies the necessity of formation of the institutions of the stateprivate partnership at the innovative activity in order to implement strategic national priorities of the country and to direct economics to the path of innovative growth.
