Annotation:

At present, the forecast of profitability indices is not enough to companies for planning of production resources, so when planning business it is required to use methods of products evaluation. The article has reviewed the market methods of evaluation of availability of high protein crops with regards to external and internal factors of production, criteria of evaluating of business sector, and SWOT – analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the product. The article has analyzed the production-marketing chain of highprotein crops. The peculiarities of functioning of the market of high-protein crops as per types of production: seed, food and feed beans, have been analyzed The current situation in the Russian economy requires rational and economicallysound approach to cultivation of new types of crops from agricultural production.
