The theoretical foundations for interaction of the economic entities functioning in the conditions of new network economy have been proposed in the article. Businessmen adapt to dynamically developing environment, to increasing competition and to other modern trends of business-space development forming network structures. Not only the essence of economic interaction of business entities has been analyzed in the article, but also the forms, principles, and logic of network interaction have been formulated; the step-by-step algorithm of construction of the system of the network interaction of business entities has been described.
