INFLUENCE OF TERRITORIAL DISTRIBUTION OF LABOR FORCES ON THE LABOUR MARKET DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA

The article has provided the analysis of territorial distribution of labor forces as a factor of development of a labor market of Russia; and reviewed the trends of improvement of the territorial distribution of labor forces. The point of view on the territorial distribution of labor forces as a complicated process that is carried out in spontaneous and organized forms, and implemented in movements of the workers to workplaces, and accompanied by spreading of knowledge and innovations, and based on effective implementation of the labor potential, and providing for the enhancement of the workers living standards, has been justified. The article provides recommendations for conducting of regional policy in the labor relationship sphere for providing of the process of optimal distribution of the labor forces at the area. The criteria of optimal distribution of the labor potential have been determined.
