Evolution of corporate management systems in THE Russian power production

The article is devoted to the research of evolution of the corporate management systems in the Russian power production. Nowadays investors pay more and more attention to the company transparency, the quality of disclosed information, mechanism of the board of directors operation. The concept of corporate management has been reviewed, the mechanism of arrangement has been revealed, the analysis of corporate management in the Russian power production has been performed, advantages and disadvantages of the modern system of corporate management accepted in the energy companies of Russia have been specified. The results of research conducted can be used for development of evaluation method of the quality of corporate management of energy companies.
