Content of THE civil AND lEGAL status of A legal ENTITY of the public law

In the article represents the analysis of legal literature on the issue of relations of the concepts of legal status, legal capability and legal personality. The article solves the issues regarding the essence of these categories, reveals their place in the system of the civil law. The article formulates the author’s view of the solution of the problem of the ratio between the legal categories under consideration. Legal personality and legal status should be distinguished by the criterion of objectivity and subjectivity. The ability to have rights and responsibilities, as well as possibility of acquisitions of rights and obligations by their deeds are included in the objective right. The specific subjective rights and obligations, which belong to individuals, form the legal status of specific subject.
