Leisure is the part of the out-of-work hours that is available after fulfillment of required non-production obligations (transportation to and from the work place, sleeping, taking food and other types of self-servicing). The activity included in the leisure can be conditionally split into several connected groups. The first part includes studying and self-training in very general terms, i. e. different forms of individual and team mastering of culture: visiting entertainment measures and museums, reading books and periodical publications, listening to the radio and watching TV programs. Leisure contributes to surviving stress and troubles. Leisure is especially valuable because it can help the schoolchild implementing his best characteristics. |
