| Annotation: | The article has analyzed the state and potential of development of the financial accumulations formed by the Russian Federation in the form of international reserves and sovereign funds. The financial assets of the country are examined in the comparison with the dynamics and the volumes of the state internal and foreign debt. The financial-lawful control mode of the accumulated liquid assets concentrated in the Reserve fund and the Fund for the national welfare of the Russian Federation has been investigated. The conclusion regarding the inexpediency of the creation of Rosfinagentstvo (Russian financial agency) with the availability of the current alternative, the State corporation «Bank for development and foreign economic activity (Vneshekonombank)». |
