STATE REGULATION OF THE INNOVATION ACTIVITY IN THE AREA OF THE ROADS MANAGEMENT

The development of the innovation activity in the road sector has high socio-economic importance in the aggregate of the transportation industries and companies. The transition to the innovative development of the road sector is one of the priorities of the state policy in the area of transport. The system of complex measures of the state support of innovations has been developed for sustainable and accelerated development of the road industry. The article has analyzed, how the basic functions of the state authorities managing the innovative activity are Implemented; has provided evaluation of the financial provision, of the approved legal enactments regulating the development of innovations in the road sector, as well as to the current system of the state contract, and the approved Federal programs.
