The author analyzes the problems of organizing the innovation strategy of organization and the problems of strategy of using technology for production of innovative products. The innovation strategy of organization is the element of social and economic strategy of the organization that produces the innovative products. Management of innovative production of organization requires the development of the innovative strategy of organization and development of the strategy for using the technologies of production of innovative products. The innovative strategy is developed in order to increase the effectiveness of business and its competitive advantages. The process of development of these strategies needs a new approach to the stuff of organization. The human resources must have basic and professional competitiveness of the technologies and management of organization. The author analyzes the base and professional competitiveness of human resources of organizations, producing the innovative products. The professional competences are classified into the blocks: management block; communicative block; assessment block; the stages of organizing the human resources strategy have been revealed.
