Banks establishing price for their goods, credits, take into account a lot of factors factors, which are reduced to the relationship between demand and offer of money at the financial market, as well as to the regulated influence of the Central bank on the establishing of the boundaries of the credit interest rates. The specific classification of the credit rates is possible on different bases: the forms of credit, types of credit relations, the terms and types of credits, types of operations, and methods of the rates charging. The different percent rates for the commercial, bank and consumer credits are practically used. The percent rates for the credit are connected with the specific type of the credit, short-term or long-term; as well as they depend on the terms and interest rates on the state securities. |
