| Annotation: | The author has provided mathematical dependence of the quantitative index, describing the life quality of the population of the rural municipal budgets (index of the human being development – IHBD), on the amount of expenses of the local budgets calculated per one citizen. Practical application of the received dependence has been analyzed in terms of determination of the amount of financial assistance of the regional budget to the budgets of rural municipal districts. Advantages and disadvantages of application of IHBD relations to the expenses of the local budget per one citizen have been analyzed in terms of evaluation of the effectiveness of the local self-government. |
