| Annotation: | The author reviews the basic spheres and branches of the system of municipal entity that describe the integrated social and economic development of the territories. The research of the main indices have resulted in determination of the value of activity of small businesses in the structure of population employment and revenues, development of economics and services of municipal entity, which allowed defining the nature of implementation of functional peculiarities of small business that stipulates the stable social-economic development of the territories in the system of local self-government. |
