Annotation:

The authors have conducted generalization of the system of contractual relations (commercial concession) of the commercial companies based on the examination of the works by Russian and foreign economists. The role of franchising has been justified as the tool for expansion of selling and trading networks on the basis of application of the individualization means (trade marks) of the production-trade leader, which allows increasing the market sales volume. The authors have proven that franchising is the specific management object, which value is being increased due to Russia joining the World Trade Organization.
