ORIGIN AND DEVELOPMENT THE MULTI-LEVEL ECONOMICS

The article examines the processes of the origin of the new forms of economic relations specific for the modern stage of development of the public systems, multi-level. Different interpretation of the conception «multi-level economics» and the basic trends of development of the multi-level economics in commercial, financial, and employment industries have been analyzed. The multi-level economics is presented as the perspective market for business activity with the highest level of the environment uncertainty. Peculiarities of the process of origin of such forms of the corporate relations as alliance, partnership, merging, absorption, as applied to the multi-level economics have been revealed. The specifics of the origin and development of the multi-level economics in the Russian Federation has been described indicating general and special features specific for such processes.
