RENEWAL OF MATERIAL PRODUCTION IN RUSSIA AS THE CONDITION OF THE ECONOMIC SAFETY ENSURING

The importance of material production in the modern economy has been researched in the article. The main lack of existing Russian economic system has been revealed. The system problem of accumulation and expansion of national reproduction has been shown. The analysis of domestic industries such as mechanical engineering and power engineering has been carried out. It has been shown that these branches are de- industrialized. The deindustrialization of material production has led to strengthening of the import dependence in machine-building, inflation in electric power engineering, technological backwardness as a whole. Degradation of material production against the strengthening of raw dependence has created the threat to economic safety. The conditions contributing the economic safety ensuring have been determined.
