Owing to development of globalization processes promoting opening of the borders between the states, the migration streams between the states have increased. In certain cases the volumes of migration is insignificant and can’t bear threat; however, in some cases they cause direct damage of the economic safety; indulgencies in migration policy can lead to significant economic damage of the national economic system of the country accordingly. As for Russia, seeking to be integrated into the world economy and to stabilize development of the economic system, the issues of studying the migration streams and their role in the system of economic safety get the special sense. |
