FORMS AND METHODS OF COUNTERACTION TO CORRUPTION IN THE TERRITORIAL BODY OF THE FEDERAL EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF EXECUTION OF THE LEGISLATION IN MANAGEMENT OF THE FEDERAL AGENCY FOR THE STATE REGISTRATION, CADASTRE AND CARTOGRAPHY IN VOLGOGRAD REGION)

Currently corruption is one of the critical social problems in our country and the purpose of the National strategy of counteraction to corruption today is the eradication of the reasons and conditions, which give rise to it. Activity of the F e deral Agency of the state registration, cadastre and cartography (further – Russian register) as the federal executive authority that carries out the powers in the established field of activity, including the state registration of the rights to real estate and bargains with it, is evaluated by the experts as connected with corruption risks. Actions against corruption in the Russian register are carried out according to the federal legislation. What are the current methods of corruption risks prevention in the territorial authorities and in the dependent companies of the Russian register?
