| Annotation: | The article deals with the solution of the scientific issue regarding the investigation of the concept, system and features of the guarantees of the administrative-legal protection of the citizens’ legal interests in the area of the ownership, identifies the problems of ensuring the legal capacity of the citizens to own, use and dispose the property. Separately, the scientific approaches to the concept of the legal guarantees of protection of the citizens’ legal interests and the specific of their legal provision have been identified. The proposals for improvement of the legislative framework of the protection of the citizens’ legal interests in the area of ownership have been made. |
