The article examines the competitiveness of human resources, the region, industry (on the example of the industrial segment of the labor market of Russia), addresses the problems of personnel retraining as one of the ways of maintaining competitiveness of workers when mastering new occupation. The level of education of the Russian population as a factor of increasing the competitiveness of human resources; the level of employment of graduates in the context of the level of professional education and the composition of the Russian unemployed by age groups are analyzed. The study results in proposing the measures that allow improving the effectiveness of performance of the Russian educational system in order to effectively form and maintain the competitiveness of human resources. |
