Competency model as the tool for evaluation of effectiveness of the personnel re-training and raising the skill level system

Annotation:

The article examines theoretical aspects of the concepts of «competence», «competency», the inter-relation of employees’ competences with a system of retraining and raising the skills level. Classification of the types of competencies of employees is provided, as well as the scope of the competence approach. Personnel training process at the enterprise is studied. Description of the developed model of the middle manager competences is presented on the example of an industrial enterprise, which includes professional, managerial and corporate competences. The possibility of use of the model of competences as the way of determination of the training efficiency is determined, as well as development of the personnel of the industrial enterprise is defined.
