Annotation:

The article has revealed the specifics of forming of prices on informative goods and services. It has been proven that pricing in the informational sector is formed as a result of cooperation of all market participants. It has been shown that intensive development of the information-communication technologies stipulates reduction of prices on information reproduction process, which results in decreasing of the maximum production costs of the information products. The substantial factor, which counteracts the price-cutting for information products and services, is the right of intellectual ownership. The models of pricing for information products have been examined. The specifics of the price formation for information products and services affected by the factors of minimum and maximum price levels has been revealed.
