Features of the regional socio-economic systems functioning in the projects public-private partnership

Modern imperatives of the state governance requires improvement of the methodological fundamentals of the regional economic tools development. Adaptation of the imperative provisions at the regional level requires establishing of the principles of regional policy, forms and models of interaction between business and government, expressed in public-private partnerships, the development of which, along with the system of criteria evaluations, increases the value of harmonization of socio-economic and spatial components of their formation. This results in a new conception of the economic space of the region as a set of the large-scale development projects of regional innovation infrastructure in the region, and a new method of the long-term regional planning, synthesizing conceptual provisions of the socio-economic and spatial planning.
