Annotation: |
The analysis of the economic consequences for the system of regional business in connection with Russia’s entry into the World Trade Organization has been performed. The main economic approaches to the state support and regulation of small and mid-size business entities have been examined. The institutional nature of entrepreneurship has been studied from the standpoint of classic economic theory. The main conditions and factors of the domestic business systems competitiveness development have been identified. The new approach to the issues of business systems economic development by means of cluster arrangement has been proposed based on the multi-factor model. The main integral condition of cluster arrangement of the regional business systems has been determined and functionally described. |
