Development trends of integrated entrepreneurial structures in the international business

The article describes the main trends and prospects of the changes of models and approaches to management of integrated business structures in the international business. It is proposed to review the development of management structures of the integrated entrepreneurial entities because of changes in the approaches to rationalization of production activities. The main reasons of changes of management models of the integrated entrepreneurial structures have been determined; the impact of the anti-monopoly legislation on the future prospects of their operation and development has been described. Special attention has been paid to the features of the structures development in the conditions of the international business.
