Possibilities and prospects of development of the program-targeted approach in the system of strategic planning of the industrial enterprise activity

Currently, an important factor in the development of Russian industry is the formation of the adequate system of control, which focuses on the implementation of strategic objectives. The article covers scientifically-methodical and economic and organizational bases of application of the program-objective approach to the strategic planning of activity as the key factor in improving the management system effectiveness of the industrial enterprise. The requirement of the use of program-objective method in the strategic planning in modern terms as a systematic approach to solving problems requiring complex solutions has been justified. The special attention has been given to the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of implementation of the method in the system of the industrial enterprise strategic planning.
