Economic mechanism of providing for the technical index of the end users power supply reliability

| Annotation: | The authors have proposed the new approach to providing for the electric power supply reliability that is based on splitting the interactions between the entities according to SEPS and AEPS. Electric power supply reliability is split into the systematic and the address ones. In order to provide for the latter one, the system of interactions between the electric grid company and the end users is proposed based on free bilateral contracts, within the frame of which the user individually determines the required level the reliability identifying the value of compensation in case of electric power supply limitation. The economic mechanism of providing for the customer-required electric power supply reliability is presented, as well as the options of estimation of the counteragents mutual liabilities under the existing contract. | ||
