Export of the fuel and energy resources as the factor of socio-economic development of Russia

This article presents the results of research of energy resources export influence on the social and economic development of the country in the past years and in the future. The analysis has been conducted on the basis of the information about efficiency of the use of export earnings in the implementation of anti-crisis measures in 2008—2009. The author identifies the key phases of the economic development of Russia, especially their occurrence in the 1990s and at the beginning of the XXI century. The evaluation was conducted on the basis of the calculation results and on the basis of the ratio of GDP growth rates, the level of prices and exports volumes of mineral products (primarily oil, oil products and gas). Measures to implement further progressive growth of the Russian economy are proposed, which are aimed primarily at the progress of scientific research and technological development.
