| Annotation: | The subject of the article is the problem of decent work in the innovative sphere of the Russian economics. The authors define the innovation sphere and show the succession of different approaches to the definition of the decent work evaluation criteria. The article covers the blocks of decent work indicators in relation to innovation and the analysis of employment in the innovative sphere of Russia from the standpoint of conformity to the criteria of decent work. The study revealed a number of problems associated with the implementation of the decent work principles and quality of working life in the industries of this sector. Additionally, recommendations about realization of the principles of decent work in the innovative sphere of the Russian economics are provided in the article. |
