Annotation:

The article examines the principles of development of professionally signifi cant values in the system of qualifi cation enhancement. It describes the abilities of eff ective formation of qualifi cation enhancement content by designing the individual-path of qualifi cation enhancement. An important component of the problem is andragogical principles of development of the teacher’s professionally signifi cant values (individualization of the path of teachers’ professional development; context education; updating of professionally signifi cant values; joint activities) in the system of professional skill improvement in the fi eld of complementary pedagogical education at Voronezh Institute of Education Development.
