INNOVATIVE ELEMENTS AND THE POSSIBILITIES OF REMOTE-MODULE EDUCATION AS A METHOD OF DEVELOPMENT OF FLEXIBLE MOBILE SPECIALIST

In the current rate of life, any information becomes obsolete practically immediately, not having time to become firmly established and to impact development of the branches of science and industry, as well as the entire society. Information pedagogical environment for education and training of specialist of new generation is one of primary purposes of our society. The rapid and special system of education that will provide the innovative approach to development of professional skills of the future specialists is required. The module-remote system of education with the fundamental base of the classical education is an innovative environment for development of such universal specialist who is able to create innovations and apply them for further development of the society.
