ESTABLISHING THE INNOVATIVE ATTITUDE TO LABOR IN THE PROCESS OF STUDYING AT THE UNIVERSITY

| Annotation: | At the present stage of economic relations development, which are based on the innovative business activity, the personnel ready to demonstrate the innovative activity and the innovative attitude to work is required. The author emphasized the analysis of possibilities of solving this problem in the process of young specialists study at the university. The characteristics that a specialistinnovator should have are examined. This study attempted to identify and research the main approaches to establishing the students’ innovative attitude to work. The conclusion is made that establishing of innovative capabilities and innovative attitude to work requires involvement of student into the relevant activity. |
