Annotation:

The article describes theoretical issues of management of municipal public relations for achieving the long-term cooperation of the municipal government with the subjects of social and market space. The authors study the possibilities of using public relations for development of the municipalprivate partnership. The conclusion is drawn that public relations are the communication tool for implementation of the socially oriented marketing from the perspective of business structures and the authorities. Arrangement of public relations as strategically focused communicative function of management of the municipal government provides or preparation and making of managerial decisions based on the results of the information-analytical activity.
