| Annotation: | The article examines statutory working time in Russia and abroad. The international acts of the United Nations and the International labor organization on labor regulation are studied. The article presents the analysis of changing of working time in ILO member states from 1984 to 2014. It is concluded that currently reduction of the length of the working week is hardly justified, we should rather talk about the effective use of statutory working time. It proposed to pay special attention to the efficiency of the staff of the enterprise, the shift coefficient, the development of resource-saving, energy-saving and labor-saving technologies. |
