| Annotation: | The industry of cleaning services as a subsystem of the infrastructure socio-economic system is the basis for establishing good governance in the spheres of production and circulation aimed at increasing the level of total value added. Increase of the level of added value results from outsourcing of cleaning services, which reduces transaction costs of the customer associated with recruiting of cleaning staff , training, motivation, quality control of cleaning, and procurement of technical and chemical means of cleaning. Institutional conditions of production of added value are expressed by the degree of participation in formal or non-formal integrated structures; by the type of interaction of the company management with local authorities. |
