Corporate social responsibility and sustainable business is one of the global trends. Abundance of corporate social responsibility ratings allows tracing the interaction of this parameter with the financial and organizational results of the company. Current studies in this area are based on qualitative methods and small number of firms that does not allow giving a clear answer about the presence or absence of correlation. Correlation analysis of the large number of companies allowed revealing the interaction between the financial and organizational results of the company and its social responsibility level. One of the most significant results is the identification of positive correlation between the corporate social responsibility level and the long-term earnings of the company. |
