Annotation:

The article is devoted to extension of the theory of penetration of standardization; the study of issues related to life cycles of the systems; the relations of the systems to their business activity; to comparison of the life cycle of a country, the sovereign territory, with the appropriate stage of the life cycle of smaller system belonging to it: the individual, organization, and industry. The study of economic phenomena based on the objective laws of the theory of organization – the law of conservation and the law of development. The dependence of the system stability at certain stages of the life cycle and its volume is revealed. A comparison of the levels of manifestation of the systems’ business activity is made on the relative values of economic indicators. The synergistic effect determined by the transmission by the efficiency of standardization transfer is connected with the systems dimensions and the level of their interaction within the life cycle of a sovereign territory.
