THE HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF PRINCIPLES OF SOCIAL SECURITY LAW IN THE PERIOD FROM 1937 TO 1991

The article analyzes the problematic issues related to the development of the system of principles of the Soviet period of our state. Considers some aspects related to the formation of certain principles of social security law, speaking basic modern principles of social security law. Along with this, the author formulated a list of basic principles that emerged during the period from 1937 to 1991. The author emphasizes that the principles of Soviet social security law performed a huge role in legal regulation of social security relations. Moreover, the principles of Soviet social security law has been the key ideas for the development of social security law as an independent branch of Russian law.
