| Annotation: | This article discusses changes in the Civil Code, which were introduced by the Federal Law dated 05.05.2014 No. 09-FZ «On incorporation of changes in chapter 4 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and on recognizing of some provisions of the legal enactments of the Russian Federation as invalid». The article analyzes the definition of a legal person paying special attention to the regulation of activities of educational institutions as a form of legal entities on the basis of the amendments to the Civil Code. The author presents a comparative analysis of the provisions of the new edition of the Civil Code and the Law No.273-FZ «On education in the Russian Federation», and focuses on the need for their revision. |
