THE ROLE OF THE PRINCIPLES OF SOCIAL SECURITY LAW IN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CROSS-SECTORAL PRINCIPLES

In the framework of the present research the problematic issues related to development of the principles of social security law are analyzed, including in the context of their role in implementation of interdisciplinary principles. Individual aspects related to formation of the system of the inter-branch principles are examined, which form the basis of the modern system of the social security law principles. Along with this, the author formulated the list of basic principles that were developed from 1991 till now. Attention is drawn to the fact that the principles of social security law perform a huge role in legal regulation of social-security relations serving as the guiding ideas.
