| Annotation: | The article analyzes the problematic issues related to the development of principles of social security law. Considers some aspects related to the formation of the principles of social security law, play a special role in the implementation of the principles of Russian law. Along with this, the author formulated a list of basic principles that emerged during the period from 1991 to 2016. The author emphasizes that the principles of social security law perform a huge role in legal regulation of social security relations. Moreover, the principles of social security law are the key ideas for the development of social security law as an independent branch of Russian law. |
