| Annotation: | The article presents the criminal-legal analysis of the elements of crime specified by Article 208 of the RF Criminal Code «Organization of an illegal armed formation or participation in it». Statistical data for the topic under consideration is provided. Besides, some issues of qualification of specific crime are examined. Current law enforcement practice shows that the illegal armed groups are created specifically for committing terrorist acts, infringement on life of the law enforcement officers. The authors address the issue of implementation of the criminal liability for aiding and abetting an illegal armed formation or participation in it in the Republic of Dagestan. |
