| Annotation: | The article presents a comparative analysis of national legislation in BRICS countries, are considered ecological-legal regulation of the rights and responsibilities of citizens in the field of environmental protection, the types of legal liability and applicable sanctions for violation of environmental norms laid down by the national legislation of the countries in the BRICS Association. The author evaluates the legislation in the field of environmental protection in the participating countries and in the conclusion presents the author’s perspective on the implementation of certain legislative acts to improve the mechanism of environmental protection in Russia. |
