ROLE AND PLACE OF SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL IN ENHANCEMENT OF EFFECTIVENESS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IN ECONOMICS (ОN THE EXAMPLE OF ACTIVITY OF THE SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL «BULLETIN OF TSULBP» OF THE TAJIKISTAN REPUBLIC)

The article presents the results of analysis of the articles of the teaching staff, doctoral students and post-graduates, claimants for scientific degrees, and specialists of the national economy published in the «Bulletin of TSULBP» and devoted to the economic topics. The works of the outstanding scientists of Tajikistan and CIS countries on the most important theoretical problems of economy, such as population and demography, social-economic development of the countries and regions of the world are published in the journal under consideration. Analysis of the activities of the scientific editorial boards of such journals is interesting both in terms of implementing the work of such editorial boards and the entire scientific society as well. The presented article analyzes problematic-branch structure of the published works and determines the main trends of enhancement of editorial boards and the articles published in the journal, and their role in the course of scientific research, as well as improvement of the mechanism of usage of their results in the practice of scientific thinking formation regarding the economic system of the society.
