ANALYSIS OF THE DYNAMICS AND STRUCTURE OF GDP AS THE BASIS FOR THE NATIONAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT

The article discusses various approaches of researchers to the definition of the term Gross Domestic Product. The author’s definition of the term is given based on the analysis. The current state of the Gross Domestic Product of the Russian Federation is analyzed. As a result, the structure of the national economy was ranked by the groups of increase in changes from 2014 to 2016, thus, it was revealed, at the expense of what the GDP of Russia is growing / decreasing. The results of the analysis were summed up. Additionally, the state policy in the field of increasing the Gross Domestic Product in the country is examined. Analysis of the structure of the national economy based on existing state programs allows studying the priority directions of the GDP growth.
